What we collect
- Order information: your name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, phone number and the products you buy.
- Account information: your login details, saved addresses and wish list.
- Payment information: handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Website usage: pages viewed and device information collected through cookies (see our cookie policy).

Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the shop: payment providers, delivery companies, our hosting provider and our email service. They act on our instructions. We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Account information is kept until you close your account. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and the right to data portability. To use any of these rights, email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
