Demo store. SoftAware Demo Store is a demonstration shop built by SoftAware Commerce. The policies below are sample text showing what a real shop would publish; they are not an offer and no orders are fulfilled.
1. About us
This website is operated by SoftAware Demo Store ("we", "us"). You can contact us at [email protected].
2. Your order
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Our acceptance takes place when we email to confirm dispatch, and a contract is then formed between you and us.
We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If a product's price is clearly wrong we will contact you before dispatch.
4. Delivery
We will deliver to the address you give us within the estimated times on our delivery page. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
5. Your right to cancel and returns
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. Our returns policy gives you 30 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
6. Faulty products
We are under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product is faulty you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
8. Your information
We use your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
